At UKBoost, we believe in building trust through transparency. Unlike many other platforms, we are committed to fairness—if you don't use your balance, you shouldn't have to lose it. This Refund Policy outlines exactly how cancellations, wallet refunds, and disputes are handled.
By using UKBoost, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Remaining Balance Refunds (Cash Out)
We are one of the few SMM panels that allow you to withdraw your unused funds. If you have deposited money but decide not to use it, you may request a refund back to your original payment method.
- Eligibility: Any unused or remaining balance in your UKBoost wallet.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically reviewed and processed within 6–12 hours.
- Bank Arrival: The time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank/card statement depends on your local bank's policies (usually 3–5 business days).
Processing Fees: To cover the transaction costs charged by our payment gateways, the following deduction will apply to the refunded amount:
- 1% Fee: For International payment methods (Cards/Crypto).
- 2% Fee: For Local payment methods (e.g., UddoktaPay, bKash, or similar services).
2. Order Refunds (Service Credit)
If you place an order and it fails to deliver (e.g., "Partial" or "Cancelled" status), the system automatically refunds the cost of the undelivered items.
- Destination: These refunds are credited instantly to your UKBoost Wallet balance.
- Usage: You can use these credits to place new orders immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following specific cases:
- Private Accounts: If you place an order for a social media account that is set to "Private," the server will fail the order, and in some cases, a refund may not be possible, depending on the server provider.
- User Error: Orders placed with incorrect links (e.g., putting a profile link instead of a post link) may not be eligible for a refund.
- Concurrent Orders: If you place two different orders for the same link at the same time (e.g., buying 1,000 likes from Server A and 1,000 likes from Server B simultaneously), the system may count the same start count. We cannot refund these "overlapping" orders.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks (Strict Policy)
We take financial fraud seriously. If you file a dispute, chargeback, or unauthorised transaction claim with your bank/payment provider without contacting our support first:
- Immediate Ban: Your UKBoost account will be permanently suspended.
- Service Revocation: All active and past orders (followers, likes, views) will be removed from your associated social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Blacklist: Your IP address and details will be shared with our anti-fraud network, preventing you from using other SMM panels.
How to avoid this: If you have an issue, always open a Support Ticket first. We resolve 99% of issues within hours.
5. Fraudulent Activity
Any use of stolen credit cards, unauthorised PayPal accounts, or suspicious payment methods will result in:
- Immediate account termination.
- Forfeiture of all remaining balance.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
