1. Definitions

• "UKBoost" / "We" / "Us": Refers to the UKBoost SMM panel platform.
• "User" / "You" / "Customer": Refers to anyone registering, accessing, or using our website.
• "Services": Refers to all social media marketing tools (Followers, Likes, Views, etc.) provided by UKBoost.

2. General Provisions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms registering an account, depositing funds, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2.2 Eligibility must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using UKBoost, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

2.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
• Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
• UKBoost reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or attempt to impersonate others.

3. Services & Orders

3.1 Service Disclaimer

• UKBoost provides social media marketing services only.
• We are not affiliated, endorsed, or certified by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), or any other social media platform.
• Service results (delivery speed, retention) may vary depending on platform algorithm updates.

3.2 Order Delivery

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless it fails to deliver.
• Accuracy: You must ensure the link and username are correct, and the account is set to Public. UKBoost is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong link due to user error.
• Concurrent Orders: Users must not use multiple servers/services for the same link simultaneously. Doing so causes delivery errors, and these orders are not eligible for refunds.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Refund Policy refunds are handled strictly according to our [Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before depositing.

4.2 Pricing ChangesUKBoost reserves the right to:

• Modify service rates at any time without prior notice.
• Discontinue any service if it becomes unstable.
• Note: Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and are in progress.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use UKBoost for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Place orders for private, restricted, or age-gated content.
• Exploit bugs or manipulate the system.
• Use stolen credit cards or unauthorised payment accounts.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Availability (Downtime)

UKBoost strives for 99.9% uptime, but we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled server maintenance.
• Social media platform updates (API breaks).
• Third-party provider failures.
• Force majeure events (Internet outages, natural disasters).

No compensation will be provided for delays caused by these uncontrollable circumstances.

7. Liability & Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of LiabilityUKBoost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our services.
• Suspension or deletion of your social media account (Instagram/TikTok/etc) by the platform.
• Loss of profits or data.

7.2 Disputes & ChargebacksFiling a chargeback or dispute without a valid reason (and without contacting support first) is a violation of these terms.

• Consequence: Permanent account ban and removal of all delivered followers/likes from your social media accounts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to UKBoost at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where our parent company (IT ORM) is registered. Any legal disputes shall be handled through the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
